Amy Parsons
Vice President for University Operations
Amy Parsons serves as Vice President for University Operations overseeing on-campus supporting infrastructure, including the CSU Police Department, Parking Services, the University Policy Office, Procurement and Contracting Services, Office of Budgets, Business and Financial Services, Facilities Management, Environmental Health Services, Central Receiving and Mail Services, Financial and Strategic Planning, Human Resources Services, the Office of the Ombud and Employees Assistance Program, Risk Management and Insurance, Training and Organizational Development and the Office of Equal Opportunity. Amy most recently served as Deputy General Counsel and Special Assistant Attorney General before her appointment to her current position. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Colorado State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Amy practiced in the area of commercial litigation before joining CSU in 2004. Amy also served as an Assistant Professor in the School of Education, where she taught The Law of Student Affairs in Higher Education. Amy lives in Loveland with her husband and two children.
Lynn Johnson
Chief Financial Officer, Associate Vice President for Finance
Lynn Johnson serves as Associate Vice President for Finance and oversees the Office of Budgets and Business and Financial Services. Her primary focus is to ensure the integrity of the financial processes and reporting of the University. She previously served as the University Controller and the Director of Business and Financial Services. Prior to joining Business and Financial Services, Lynn served as the Director of Sponsored Programs. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Texas Arlington. Lynn is a Certified Public Accountant and spent several years in public accounting and served as the CFO for a non-profit cancer research center in Denver prior to joining CSU in 2003. Lynn lives in Loveland with her husband and two children.
Erika Borges
Executive Assistant to the Vice President for University Operations
Erika Borges serves as the Executive Assistant to the VPUO handling scheduling and support activities; and representing the Division on various Campus committees. Prior to joining the Division of University Operations, Erika served as the Office Manager for the Office of General Counsel.
