Contract Revisions
The following contract forms have recently been revised:
Contract form 8-4, Non-Disclosure Agreement, has been modified
so that it may be used for both sponsored research and non-research
related activities where a CSU department wishes to exchange confidential
or proprietary information with an outside entity. Form 8-5, which
pertained only to academic (non-research) activities, has been deleted
from the Forms menu. If you have any questions, or if any form does
not download correctly, please contact us.
The Special Provisions for Contracts and Intergovernmental were
modified by changes to the State Fiscal Rules effective August 1,
2005. The revised Special Provisions are listed as forms 2-4 and
2-5 on the Forms page. The revised Special Provisions will also
be inserted into forms 2-1, 2-2, 2-2MA and 4-3 soon. Please check
this web page during the month of August for these revised forms.
